Please join us outside of the Community League Hall and inside the Rink to purchase your membership, attend our Annual General Meeting, and participate in a socially distant activity or two.
The day will begin at 2:00 p.m., with the AGM beginning around 2:30 p.m., and will run until no later than 6:00 p.m. You can view, or download, in advance the following documents for the AGM:
Please note that there will be no public washrooms available and no food provided. We also ask that you bring your own chair, if you will need to sit.
If you are not comfortable attending, which is completely understandable, and you wish to purchase a membership, please send an email to memberships@belgraviaedmonton.ca.
Of course, during these times we ask that you follow all Alberta Health Services Guidelines respecting COVID-19. Please, if you are experiencing any symptoms, if you have travelled within the past 14 days, been in contact with anyone who is being investigated or confirmed to be a case of COVID-19, if you are currently being investigated or if you have tested positive within the last 10 days, do not attend this event. We are also recommending that masks be worn as a further precaution.
