With a few months of winter still ahead of us, there’s no time like now to learn how to knit and JoAnne Hamilton, a Belgravia resident knitter is going to show us how to get started.

We’ll begin with a 2 hour introductory class where you will learn and practice some basic stitches. If there is enough interest for a longer course to make a project, JoAnne is prepared to help us make that happen.

But first, come out to the Introductory class in the upper BCL hall on February 6 (7 – 9 pm) and savour the process of learning how to knit with JoAnne and enjoy sharing that process with others. A small fee for the class will be paid for at the door: $5 for BCL members; $10 for non-members.
