Beginning later this fall, Belgravia is going to be part of a pilot project (along with McKernan neighbourhood & City of Edmonton Sustainable Development) on how smart and convivial development should occur around a neighbourhood LRT station (such as ours, which is a mature neighbourhood with layers of history and development…).
