Each year dozens of kids in McKernan and Belgravia between the ages of 4 and 18 play recreational outdoor and indoor soccer with the Edmonton Minor Soccer Association (EMSA).

Duties of the coordinator include recruiting players and coaches, collecting fees, managing equipment, and allocating players to Belmac teams or teams in neighbouring communities. The coordinator can rely on the staff at EMSA and the southwest office (SWEMSA) for extensive training and support.
