Sharlene Stayberg and her Community Kitchen team want to make meal preparation in your life both fun and productive; something for families, retireés, singles and students alike!
When: Saturday, November 8, 2025 9:30 am – 11:30 am.
Where: Upper BCL hall
Food to be Prepared: Based on votes from our first Community Kitchen, this session’s entree is Island Pork Tenderloin (with a vegetarian (tofu) option upon request) with pineapple salsa and basmati rice. And, the dessert … apple strudel! Note: Meals can be refrigerated and used within a few days or frozen for later use. Participants are asked to bring a basket or bag to carry meals home.

Participants can order multiple meals to take home. (Cost per meal is $6). When registering, you will be asked to specify the number of servings and whether you prefer pork or vegetarian entree.
