Once Road Renewal Construction is completed, there is a two year warranty period. The City of Edmonton will inspect and coordinate repairs for any considerable construction deficiencies of public road and sidewalk areas towards the end of the warranty period (the first inspection date is tentatively scheduled for July 2019).

If there are any construction defects noticed within the two year warranty period that impacted your private property such as your driveway, walkway or landscaping, these can be reported to the City Project Manager Aladdin Benayad (aladdin.benayad@edmonton.ca) for review.
