If you’d like to be involved in helping out with this great community event on September 17th (Community League Day), please attend this brief organizational meeting regarding the Rink Party.

Although we did the event last year, it’s just a quick touching of base with people to be sure that there are no unexpected glitches that we might not have thought of yet. I’m aiming for this to be only a 30- 45 minute meeting, but it’s too long to attach to the regular board meeting.

Let me know if this conflicts with anyone’s school events – we can easily start  a little earlier, or push the start  a bit later to accommodate.
