Ever Active is pleased to partner with Carleen Ellis for our first community event!!

Ever Active Committee at Belgravia Elementary school is comprised of parents, school staff, and community members.  Our goals are to positively influence behaviours related to active living, healthy eating and mental well-being.

Get out!  Get Active!  Get YOGA!!…okay, so maybe it doesn’t rhyme.  Come join your friends and family for free morning yoga in the Arts Park (just east of the playschool playground). Saturdays June 30, July 7 and 14, 9:15 – 10:15 a.m.

Classes will be suitable for all levels, taught by registered yoga teacher and local yogi Carleen Ellis.  Weather permitting.  Bring mat.  Hope to see you there!!
