The McKernan-Belgravia Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) was adopted by City Council on July 2, 2013.
What happens to Belgravia now?
Come to the community meeting to better understand the plan for increasing urban density within Belgravia.
October 30, 2013, 7-9 at the BCL Hall
City planners, Erik Backstrom and Michael Strong both with Transit Oriented Development will be attending to answer questions and help explore what Belgravia might do to influence how the ARP is implemented.
Belgravia resident, Don Grimble will also be attending to provide his historical perspective of developmental experiences in the community.
Depending upon the interest that comes out of this meeting, the BCL will continue working to keep Belgravia the kind of community we all want to live in.
