Expect daily staged closures on portions of 76 Ave for sidewalk construction. Some portions of the road are too narrow to allow traffic by the equipment so Park Paving suggest it is safer to detour around the closure.

Roadway Reclamation

Aug 9 – 25: Closures, traffic and parking disruptions in the following areas due to roadway reclamation. Daily parking will not be permitted and staged closures will occur throughout the day as crews progress through the neighbourhood. These areas will be open to traffic at times when crews are not working.

• 119, 118A, 118, 116, 115 Street South of 76 Ave including 74 and 75 Ave from Saskatchewan Drive to 114 Street.
• 119 Street North of 76 Ave to University Ave.

Road Reconstruction

Full closures for road re-construction in the following areas:

• Aug 7 – 18: 74 Ave (116 – 115 St)
• Aug 23 – Sept 8: University Ave Service road (119 St – 114 St)
• Aug 23 – Sept 8: 115 A St (University Ave – 80 Ave)
• Aug 23 – Sept 8: 80 Ave (115 A St – 115 St)
• Sept 4 – 16: 76 Ave (Saskatchewan Drive – 118 St)

Paving

The following areas are tentatively scheduled for paving from August 22 – 25:

• 119, 118A, 118, 116, 115 Street South of 76 Ave including 74 and 75 Ave from Saskatchewan Drive to 114 Street.
• 119 Street North of 76 Ave to University Ave.
• Saskatchewan Drive from 74 Ave to University Ave.

Concrete sidewalk replacement

Sidewalk and concrete construction will continue throughout the neighbourhood into September in the following areas:

• 79 Ave (119 St – 78 Ave), 115 – 114 St)
• 78 Ave ( 118 – 114 St)
• 77 Ave ( 118 – 114 St)
• 115 St (University Ave – 75 Ave)
• 76 Ave (Sask Drive – 114 St)
