Jane will share her interest in and love of ginger with you including the origins, history, etymology, cultivation and all the wonders of ginger.
Sit back and enjoy a wide variety of recipe samples, all vegetarian and made with ginger, from appetizers to desserts. Jane and her family use about 5 kg of ginger, fresh and dried, annually! After tasting some her creations, Jane will send you home with copies of her favorite recipes.’
