- There are a maximum of 60 chairs and 11 tables that are available for use. The rectangular tables seat 6-8 people per table.

Hall Rental Policies & Rates:
A $500 bank draft damage deposit is required to secure the booking. This banker’s draft may be cashed upon receipt. Cancellation fees apply as per contract if the booking is not kept. Submission of a signed contract is required for booking. The rental agreement is on the website for review. If after the rental the hall rental manager determines that additional cleaning is required, he/she will make arrangements and pass the costs on to the renter. The keys must be returned directly after the rental, as per the agreement. A charge for outstanding keys will be charged according to the contract. Once all conditions are satisfied, the Belgravia Community League will send a cheque with the balance to the renter.
Different rental policies apply if the renter wishes to have alcohol during an event at the hall. Application to the Hall Manager must be arranged prior to the event. The city requires that the renter purchase special event liability insurance from Foster Park Baskett. Rates are approximately $90 – $150. A special liquor license obtainable at most liquor outlets, is required. Other conditions also apply. Failure to notify the hall manager of alcohol use for the event will result in the loss of the damage deposit.
