|7||Treasurer’s Report||Membership cheques received and processed.
Alberta Gaming Audit complete. Accounts balanced between General and Casino accounts. Letter of adjustment becomes part of our permanent account. Alberta Gaming will be auditing our Playground account as well.
Review treasurer’s duties. Recommend that incoming treasurer attend the GAIN session for groups working casinos. Recommend we look into accounting firms – Rob will pursue. Greg K will give Rob additional names.

|Y given info about Belgravia space and current user numbers. Have not met. Turns out many people contacting YMCA. This is inefficient and confusing. Recommend 1 key contact from Belgravia. Jennifer T will do it and will keep the rest informed. Gwen will update Jennifer on BCL work on this issue to date. Goal is still to have decision made by April so School open house has accurate information.|
|10||Transportation||Buses along 114 St will be vastly decreased when LRT starts.
Parking Restrictions – still getting signatures
March 30 – community led transportation study. Watch for details
114 St and 76 Ave signals. Sandy met with Brice Stephenson City Transportation Operations.
Edmonton Clinic Traffic. 115 St and University Avenue. No minutes taken, no news since meeting
Anecdotally seems like 76 Ave and University Ave are quieter.
|11||Planning and DevelopmentHall Renos||Hall Renovations – NAIT presented the Top Ten Designs. A small group of Belgravians selected the top 3 based on fit and feasibility. Will be taking NAIT instructors and those 3 students for lunch at Ernest’s in lieu of payment for services.Showed 2 of the designs one which extended hall to East and one extending North. Gwen to send in application to City Parkland Planning, Sandy help as historical, and Rob will work with architect. Gwen to update Rob|
